Esta carta conforma la solicitud de Salus Infirmorum para contactar con las Enfermeras y Matronas de esta diócesis para que asistan a la VII Asamblea Nacional, y de esta manera ellas puedan llenarse del espíritu de Salus Infirmorum e instaurar la asociación en San Sebastián.
